Each product produced at Fox & Fiddle is personalized for you and your pet. Due to the custom nature of each artwork, we cannot offer returns or refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or your item is damaged or you have received the wrong product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right! Note that while we do not offer refunds on faulty items, we will work with you to replace your order.
We love what we do here and we work quick to transform your pet into amazing pieces. If you have changed your mind regarding your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will process a refund at our discretion. Should you change your mind after 12 hours of placing your order, we will not be able process a refund. We have set a time limit to cancel orders because our illustrators may have already begun the transformation process.
Please be aware that we use the exact photo you upload. It is your responsibility to upload a high quality photo that adheres to our Photo Guidelines. Also, ensure your pet's name and unique characteristics are free from spelling errors, unless otherwise stated in the Notes box of the product page. We will always try our best to work with the image you upload, but if for some reason we cannot, we will get in touch. However, due to the volume of orders we receive we may not always be able to do so. We cannot offer a replacement if you did not follow our Photo Guidelines, or misspelled a name or characteristic in your submission. If you are still uncertain which photo to use, feel free to email us a couple photos and we will help you pick the best one. If your pet has a creative or unique way of spelling their name, please let us know in the Notes box of the product page. For example, if your cat's name is Sarahh, which traditionally is spelled with one h, please give us a heads up in the Notes box that your spelling is not a typo.
Keep in mind that all samples on our website are made with high quality photos. It is your responsibility to provide us with a high quality photo to work with. As a reminder, follow our Photo Guidelines to ensure a quality image is uploaded for a quality final product.
